How to make a Difference! 

The Spooktacular Donation Drive is designed to bring help to many different people throughout the county. There are several different local McHenry County Agencies who will be benefiting from the donations at this drive, and they will be helping others in turn! We are asking you to help make this drive a success. If you come out and donate any of the needed items, you will be directly helping someone in need right in your own backyard. It doesn't take much to help change the lives of many people. Please take a look at our needed items, see what you can donate, and stop by Marian Central in Woodstock between 8am and 2pm on October 27th and make a difference in someone else's life. 

Drop-Off Site: Marian Central

The drive will take place on October 27th, 2012, at Marian Central High School in Woodstock. The school is conveniently located on Rt. 120, just east of the Woodstock Square. All the agencies will be present in our parking lot with plenty of space for donors to drive up and donate their items! Don't forget to stop by for your treat!

Other Drop-Off Sites:
Crystal Lake Central, McHenry East

We are happy to announce that two other high schools, McHenry East and Crystal Lake Central will be running additional drop off sites! They will collect items for the drive at a more convienent location. Don't worry, all items collected at these other sites will be transfered to the agencies at Marian.

Helping Those In Need 

All donations collected in our drive will be going directly to local agencies. The Bishop Lane Chapter of the National Honor Society is aligned with eight agencies who will participate in this drive. These agencies are long-standing organizations in our community who continue to support those in need. We are partnered with Home of the Sparrow, Catholic Charities, NISRA, Pioneer Center, St. Vincent DePaul Society, Adult and Child Therapy, Friendship House,  and Helping Paws.
